What are the organizational forms of charitable organization
The second paragraph of Article 8 of the Charity Law stipulates that "charitable organizations may take the form of foundations, social organizations, social service institutions, etc." This provision indicates that charitable organizations mainly have three organizational forms, namely foundations, social organizations and social service institutions. This clarifies the existing three forms of relationship between charitable organizations and social organizations, and also shows that charitable organizations are not a new type of social organizations.
